Public Records Law

Under Oregon's Public Records Law, the public has the right to inspect and copy certain public records. Examples of public records include data, meeting recordings, correspondence, investigations, etc.

Request Public Records

DHS​ releases all available information in response to public records requests, unless prevented by state or federal rule or law.

Please note: All information enter​ed in the request form below will become a public record, and it may be included in our online list of public record requests.​
